£5,000 grant given to support The Food Cabin at The Family Wellspring Centre in Dereham

We’re pleased to have supported The Food Cabin at the Family Wellspring Centre in Dereham, Norfolk, with a £5,000 grant.

The Food Cabin is a community cooperative providing a range of fresh, chilled, frozen and long-life produce, toiletries and household products at reduced prices. Its goal is to see household budgets spread further and ensure that no-one goes hungry.

Toby Rouse from The Food Cabin said: “’We are deeply grateful for the support of Giving Days for our work at The Food Cabin. Their assistance allows us to continue providing over 200 households with affordable food and develop pathways for further personalised support. Our service is essential to those we help, and we greatly appreciate the trust and funding given to us. Thank you.”
