We welcome another family to enjoy a supercar experience day

On Tuesday 29^th August, we welcomed another family to the headquarters of 7days Performance to give them a supercar experience day!

In preparation for their visit, we reached out to Oli, who is 13 years old, and Esmae, who is 8, to learn about their preferred colours, snack choices, and dream cars, ensuring that their day with us would be as personalised as possible.

On the day, our lineup included a vibrant green Lamborghini, a purple BMW (Esmae’s favourite colour, making it her top choice), and a striking cobalt blue McLaren. These fantastic supercars awaited the family, offering them the opportunity to enjoy a ride in two cars of their choice, capture some snaps, and explore these vehicles up close.

Kile Copsey, head of operations at 7days Performance and a trustee at Giving Days, said: “This was our second supercar experience since launching Giving Days and it was brilliant to be able to give Esmae and Oli, and their parents, a memorable time with us. We want to make these days as special as we can for visitors when planning these days and the smiles they had when we returned back from the drives in the supercar was great to see. We’re looking forward to being able to welcome even more families for a supercar experience days and to support more charities across the region.”

Ali Howell, mum of Oli and Esmae, commented: “Thank you to Giving Days! We all had a great time and the kids were buzzing! It was such a fun thing to do as a family and memories we will have for a long time.”

The family are supported by a local charity, Star Throwers, which is a cancer support charity dedicated to supporting people affected by cancer, from diagnosis through to life after cancer. They provide cancer information sessions to help people to become well-informed about their cancer and all of their treatment options – including clinical trials and we help people to manage the effects of their cancer and cancer treatments through wellbeing support and therapy sessions.

7days Performance’s headquarters are home to many supercars including a McLaren, a Lamborghini and a Ferrari.

We can help charities in three ways; offering a free supercar experience to young people/children that the charities help, giving a grant for which charities can apply or even donating a supercar as a raffle prize!
